Tri Lobe Blower

When the Tri Lobe Blower is running, the rotation of the rotor causes the two impellers to rotate in opposite directions. On the inlet side, the rotation of the impeller forms a sealed chamber. As the impeller continues to rotate, the air in this chamber is compressed and pushed towards the exhaust port. During this process, due to the continuous rotation between the rotors and the action of the synchronous gear, the air is continuously sucked in and discharged, generating airflow. The structure of this machine is simple and reliable, and the output air volume is proportional to the number of revolutions. Due to its working principle, the three lobe Roots fan has high efficiency at low pressure.
