Positive pressure pneumatic silo pump for powder cement conveying system

The material is controlled by the feed valve from the hopper and added to the sending tank (silo pump). The air compressor generates high-pressure gas and transports the material to the designated material warehouse at a certain speed. After the separation of the material and gas, the gas is discharged into the atmosphere or connected to the dust removal air network after dust removal.This system is a dense phase high-pressure pneumatic conveying system that uses an air compressor as the gas source and a bin pump to transport materials.

This system has low flow rate, low gas consumption, suitable for long-distance and large capacity transportation, and is easy to achieve fluidized transportation for materials with good breathability. It has the characteristics of low noise and small breakage. Suitable for transporting materials with high grinding properties such as cement, fly ash, mineral powder, casting sand, chemical raw materials, etc.
